    No Conflict Mineral Policy

    Conflict Minerals are Tantalum, tin, tungsten, gold(3TG) derived from or sourced from mines in conflict areas or high-risk regions, or illegally taxed on trade routes, either of which are controlled by non-governmental military groups, or unlawful military factions. Tongke requires our suppliers to comply with the Responsible Business Alliance(RBA) Code of Conduct and only source materials from environmentally and socially responsible suppliers and requires all vendors purchase and use minerals comply with “Conflict-Free”. All suppliers shall source the minerals from smelters & refiners who have been validated by RMAP audit program. Smelters & refiners not RMAP audited shall be removed from the supply chain.
     

    Supplier Requirements

    If there is conflict minerals used in items supplied to Tongke, requesting that suppliers report to Tongke and take alternative measures and implement corrective actions immediately. Corrective actions should be completed before continuing to supply to ensure full compliance with conflict-free requirement. Requesting that our suppliers undertake commercially reasonable due diligence with the supply chain every year, to assure that metals used in items supplied to Tongke are not sourced from conflict mines in conflict areas.
